Private + Personal

I don’t want you to just “see” your destination—I want you to feel fully integrated into the local
scene. That means working with my on-the-ground partners to craft intimate, local-led
experiences for you. From where to dine (you’ll be the only “tourist” there) to the private driver
who can take you far off the beaten path, enjoy an elevated approach to cultural immersion.

Filling in the Gaps

When it comes to travel—especially big, bucket-list experiences—you often don’t know what
you don’t know (like, for example, that taking a hard-sided suitcase on some safaris is a no-go!).
It’s my job to know, so you don’t have to. I’ll make sure you’re fully prepped + informed about
every aspect of your trip, and I’ll anticipate your needs and knowledge gaps all along the way.

My bespoke approach to travel planning gets you what you need, want, and yearn for—for
every trip. From ensuring you have the equipment you require for specific medical issues to
augmenting an itinerary to your preferred pace and mobility level, you’ll enjoy travel exactly on
your own terms.

I’m your inside line to maximizing your vacation value. Thanks to my industry affiliations, I’m
able to pass on excellent pricing and perks to my clients—perks like room upgrades,
complimentary wifi and drink packages on cruises, spa/resort credits, and more. It’s always
subject to availability, but I’ll always do my best to get you a VIP experience.

The Consult

We’ll kick things off with a complimentary consultation call (or let’s meet over coffee if you’re in the Heritage Lake area!). I’ll dig into everything I need to know to personalize your trip, like your past favorite trips, where you want to go now, likes and dislikes, and more.

proposal design

If we both feel like we’re a good fit, I’ll send over your Planning Fee invoice and begin crafting your proposal. I’ll work closely with my travel partners to curate a proposed itinerary that hits all your “musts”—after I share it with you, we can tweak it together until it’s perfect.

trip booking

With your itinerary finalized, I get to work securing all of your bookings (while you get to relax). This includes accommodations, flights, and transfers, plus concierge-level bookings for your spa appointments, dining reservations, tours, and more.

depart (with support!)

Before departure, I’ll check in with you to share my best insider tips for your destination and triple check that everything is in place for your trip. While you travel, you can contact me for support, questions, or concierge services. Whatever you need, I’m on it.

What is your Planning Fee?

My Planning Fee differs depending on the size of your travel group: my fee is $200 for up to 4 travelers, $400 for 5-8 travelers, and $600 for 9+ travelers. This fee covers my time researching your options, crafting your bespoke itinerary, providing concierge service, and supporting you while you travel.

What types of trips can you design?

While I have a special love for Europe, I can design a wide range of immersive travel experiences across the world, thanks to my globe-spanning travel partners. Cruises, escorted tours, completely custom travel, you name it—you can learn more about my travel specialties right here.

How are you able to get us travel perks?

I’m (often!) able to secure perks because of my industry affiliations; I’m a member of host agency Nexion and luxury travel consortia Travel Leaders. Travel brands, such as cruise lines, resort/hotel brands, and tour operators who are also a part of the Travel Leaders network extend excellent pricing and amenities to my clients.
